The ordering process and purchasing conditions through the Internet into orders
The structure of UnasShop System is a convenient and quick way for the customers. This menu allows you to navigate in the store easily. You can browse betwen the products located in the store by the "Products" menu. First time you can see the categories. If you enter a category, where products are located, you can read the short product description, price and other optional features, etc. ... A click on the sign "shopping basket" and the product is in the basket. If all of the products in the category do not fit in one page the numbers above and below th products help yuo to navigate between the pages. In the category "Specials" all discounted products in the store are available.You can see the initial action and expiration date, or the start date and the "end of stock" sign for each product separately. For more information about the product please click the product image or name. Then get to the product page, where you can get more detailed information about the product. It is possible to search as well. Simple search, just enter a search word and if a product fits the system displays the content. In the case of complex search next to the search word you can specify which category of the product and what property you want to search. The search results appear the same way as the "Products" section. Although it is possible to scroll through and view the properties of the product is detailed. You can also check the contents of the basket by the help of the menu "basket". Here you can adjust the quantity of the product in the basket you want to order or delete the entry. It is possible to complete the evacuation of the basket as well. If you decide to order, click the "Order" button. Before placing an order you must enter the system. You can only do this if you register. You can find the registration on the "Register" menu item. You have to give the necessary informations to order. The registration is identified by e-mail address, that is, every e-mail address can only be registered once. The registration does not entail any obligations! If you are a registered customer, but you forgot your password, use the password reminder. If you are giving your registered e-mail address your password is emailed to you. Enter the "Login" window to log in the system. Here you can enter your registered e-mail address and password, then press the enter key. If the login is successful your registered e-mail address and the exit button will appear, which lets you leave the store. If you are entered and on the basket page clicking the order button, you get to the "Payment, Shipping and Other Choices" page, where you need to select the most appropriate options. When you're done, press the Next button. This displays all the data of your order you have to check. If everything is correct then press the "Order" button to finalize your order. Till the closure of the order you can monitor the status of the order by the help of the "Information" menu item. Here you can find all of your orders, which sent the department store. Every order has an individual order number to identifyl. You can print them at any time in the "Orders" menu .
The main characteristics of the subject matter
The moment of ordering any product is the moment when you send your order to the dealer through the warehouse. An order shall take effect following  an e-mail or phone confirms it. The automatic confirmation sent by the system of the store is not equivalent to the above confirmation. The form of the exact date and timing depends on the distributor. Right of withdrawal

While ordering you have an absolute right for waiver as written in editcs number 
213/2008. (VIII.29) and 17/1999. (II.5). In the case of Internet purchases if your receipt of the product is within 8 (eight) working days you can cancel from the contract without giving any reason and may indicate this by sending a written statement within the time limit referred to. The date of receipt of the customer is proved by the parcel and courier delivery note. In the case of waiver the Seller must refund the full amount to the Buyer paid by the Buyer (purchase price and shipping cost) promptly, but no later than within 30 (thirty) days after the cancellation and return the goods to the Seller. We remind you that in the event of cancellation all expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods are the buyer's onerous titles. The Vendor can claim compensation for damage resulting from improper use. The online orders can be valid for the warranty rights if the factory defect, please contact us your quality claims.

Warranty
Responsibility of the seller's guarantee and warranty of the Civil Code, in the 151/2003. (IX.22) Gov. Regulation of 49/2003. (VII.30.) GKM and 72/2005. (IV 21st) Gov. regulation shall prevail.
Warranty is only durable goods, such as washing machine, computer, and television. The buyer has the right to complain if the product is faulty. In such cases immediately  indicate it to our WebShop. Warranty period is 6 (six) months. The Buyer has 2 (two) years for Warranty claim. Case of warranty claim the buyer can ask for repair, replacement, or a price reduction. The errors resulting from improper use, the warranty is not enforceable. The warranty is enforceable even if goods are discounted, then the quality can be appealed if the vendor did not indicate the cause of the devaluation.
